Bharatiya Kisan Union to join students’ protest in Delhi; march on July 27

Bharatiya Kisan Union (Ekta Ugrahan) will join the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP)-led students' protest at Delhi's Jantar Mantar.

The farmers' march to Delhi will begin on July 27, with an estimated 500-1000 participants.

BKU will send volunteers and essential supplies, including dry rations, to support the student sit-in.

The protest demands the resignation of Union education minister Dharmendra Pradhan and safeguards against exam irregularities.

Punjab farmer leader Ramandeep Singh Mann stated that BKU members will remain in Delhi until students' demands are accepted.
