Maharashtra Transport Minister Pratap Sarnaik directed officials to complete a football turf, swimming pool, and pickleball courts in Thane before Diwali.

All future Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC) project sites will reserve space for electric vehicle (EV) charging stations.

TMC will formulate a Land Monetisation Policy and initiate an Expression of Interest (EOI) process to maximise value of municipal land assets.
