IITian founder says he works best after 9pm

Ishan Jindal, an IITian founder, wakes up at 11:30 am and works best after 9 pm, stating 'That’s when I’m most creative'.

Jindal applies the same philosophy to his company by focusing on outcomes rather than measuring employees by when they arrive or leave.

He said, 'Every team member that we have in our company, we tend to try that the work is not dependent on someone being there'.
