Man on phone fatally hit by train in Jalandhar

A man was fatally hit by a train near DAV Heart Railway Station in Jalandhar.

CCTV footage shows the man was talking on a phone and did not hear warnings.

The incident occurred when he was struck by the train while on the tracks.
