PMLA court allows ED's application to seek Spain's help to enforce attachment in forex trade fraud case

A PMLA court allowed ED's application to seek Spain's assistance in enforcing attachment of assets in a forex trade fraud case.

ED alleged that OctaFX cheated investors by promising high returns and manipulating trading outcomes.

Proceeds of the fraud were routed abroad using shell companies and fake bills.
