Darshan Magdum, Indian member of viral boy band Boy Throb, finally gets US visa

Darshan Magdum, the sole Indian member of Boy Throb, had his US visa approved after a months-long campaign.

Boy Throb is a four-member pop group that gained viral popularity on TikTok by turning Magdum's visa struggle into the band's storyline.

The band, which includes Anthony Key, Evan Papier, and Zachary Sobania, performed with Magdum via video call from India.

The group addressed speculation about being a satire, insisting they are committed to a music career, and formed after members connected on social media and American Idol auditions.
