AIIMS doctors perform rare lung surgery on 4-month-old infant

AIIMS New Delhi doctors performed a rare keyhole lung surgery on a four-month-old infant with a congenital defect in both lungs.

The surgery removed only diseased portions of the lungs, preserving healthy tissue.

The infant was discharged in just two days after the operation.
