ICC staffer accuses prosecutor Karim Khan of harassment
An ICC staff member named Sarah alleged that chief prosecutor Karim Khan sexually assaulted her during an official trip to Colombia.
Sarah, a Malaysian lawyer who worked as Khan's special assistant from 2023 to 2024, said the behavior escalated over time.
A second woman, identified as Patricia, described unwanted physical contact and sexual advances by Khan when she interned for him in 2009.
Khan has denied all allegations through his lawyer Sareta Ashraph.
The allegations were made public days before ICC member states vote on whether to remove Khan from office.
