Nolan Wells update: Who is Joseph Alfredo Vasquez Dumarce? Sacramento man arrested for threatening to kill judge
Joseph Alfredo Vasquez Dumarce, a Sacramento man, was arrested in Mississippi for threatening to kill Jackson County Judge Ashlee Cole, who is the step-mother of one of Nolan Wells's friends.
Dumarce is held on a federal charge of interstate transmission of a threatening communication, which carries up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
The threats were sent via Facebook messages to Cole, including a message referencing a package that would 'blow you away' and threats that Cole's sons 'are going to be strangled'.
FBI Safe Streets Task Force agents identified Dumarce by tracing the IP addresses and email linked to the username 'yaeyae962'.
Nolan Wells, 18, went missing on a boat trip on July 4; his body was found two days later, and while foul play was not preliminarily indicated, questions remain.
