Bouy wonder: Meet the open-ocean swimmer setting world records at 21

Anshuman Jhingran, 21, became the youngest male to complete the Oceans Seven, a series of seven open-water swims.

His final swim in the Tsugaru Strait took 12 hours 40 minutes, during which he experienced hypothermia.

He took up open-ocean swimming at 15 after a cycling accident ended his competitive pool swimming career.

On his first open-ocean swim in the Arabian Sea, he was stung by jellyfish but continued the swim.
