NYC Flatiron Building apartments cost up to $58.5 million

The Flatiron Building in New York City has been converted from offices to 36 ultra-luxury apartments after a seven-year renovation.

Units range from $11 million three-bedroom apartments to $58.5 million full-floor five-bedroom units with balconies.

Amenities include a 60-foot pool, billiards room, wellness center, and piano lounge.

Only 21 properties in NYC are priced higher than the Flatiron Building's most expensive unit, according to Manhattan Miami Real Estate data.
