Shadowfax clocks Rs 1,358 Cr revenue in Q1 FY27, profit rises over 8X

Shadowfax Technologies reported Rs 1,358 crore operating revenue in Q1 FY27, up 65% year-on-year from Rs 824 crore.

Profit surged over eightfold to Rs 65 crore in Q1 FY27, from Rs 8 crore in the year-ago quarter.

Employee benefit expenses rose 49% to Rs 124 crore, while depreciation and amortisation costs increased 82% to Rs 40 crore.

Total expenditure grew 60% year-on-year to Rs 1,314 crore.

Shadowfax's share price rose 8% to around Rs 237, valuing the company at Rs 13,848 crore (approx $1.45 billion).
