Gold jewellery maker Master Chains N Jewels files IPO papers to raise up to Rs 400 crore via fresh issue

Master Chains N Jewels, a gold jewellery maker, has filed draft papers with the Registrar of Companies for an initial public offering (IPO).

The IPO includes a fresh issue of equity shares to raise up to Rs 400 crore.

The public issue also comprises an offer-for-sale of 59.06 lakh shares by promoter Taruna Madan Kothari.
