The delivery agent asked for water, then repeatedly requested to come inside, rang the bell, and banged on the metal gate after refusals.

A senior police officer advised dialing 112 or using the Karnataka state police app's Safe Connect option for emergencies.

The quick commerce company removed the delivery agent from its platform after the woman's complaint.
