BMW Crash Case: Vasai Man Moves 3rd Bail Plea, Claims Marine Drive Incident Was Accidental

Nihar Solanki, 21, from Vasai, filed his third bail plea in the BMW crash case.

Defense claims the incident was accidental, stating his phone slipped under the brake pedal.

Prosecution alleges Solanki intentionally rammed his BMW into barricades, injuring two police constables.

The incident occurred on May 23-24 near NS Road Junction, Marine Drive, around 5:30 am.

Bail plea will be heard next week; prosecution has submitted its objection.
