Won’t sign Kishau dam MoU until Himachal’s interests are protected: Sukhu

Himachal Pradesh CM Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu said the state will not sign the Kishau Dam MoU until Haryana gives a written commitment on Himachal's pending claims, including BBMB arrears from 2011.

Sukhu warned that without the Kishau project agreement, Haryana, parts of Delhi, Gurugram, and large areas of Rajasthan could face a severe water crisis.

The CM flagged off 297 Type-I electric buses for HRTC in Solan, raising the total electric bus fleet to 500.

Sukhu announced the procurement of 1,000 additional electric buses and launched the 'HimBus Plus Card'.

He accused the previous BJP government of allotting industrial land in Baddi-Nalagarh at low prices, while his government secured higher revenues from projects like Wildflower Hall, JSW, and Kishau.
