Rubio to meet Chinese counterpart in Manila, US official says

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio will meet Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi in Manila.

The meeting will occur on the sidelines of the ASEAN gathering.

A U.S. State Department official confirmed the meeting on Tuesday.
