New A&E doc revisits Scott Peterson case

A new A&E documentary titled 'Scott Peterson: The New Evidence' raises fresh questions about Scott Peterson's 2004 murder conviction.

Retired LAPD detective Ninette Toosbuy and host Chris Pixley argue it was nearly impossible for Peterson to dump Laci's body in broad daylight without being seen or leaving DNA.

Experts in the documentary challenge the tidal and wind analysis used at trial, claiming Laci's body could not have washed up where prosecutors said if dumped where claimed.
