Billionaire rescues stranded father and son in outback

Father Bill Kosky and his son from Melbourne were stranded for 12 hours in the South Australian outback after their Toyota got stuck in mud from a storm.

Billionaire Tim Roberts, flying his private helicopter, learned of their situation at the William Creek Hotel and launched a search.

Roberts teamed up with local resident Trevor Wright to fly across the flooded landscape, eventually spotting the vehicle and rescuing them.
