Kargil Vijay Diwas: U'khand CM hikes ex-gratia for PVC awardees

Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami increased ex-gratia for Param Vir Chakra awardees to Rs 2 crore on Kargil Vijay Diwas.

He paid tribute to fallen soldiers and highlighted welfare schemes for servicemen and their families.

Schemes include jobs for kin of martyrs and the upcoming Sainya Dham memorial.
