CJP threatens legal action against police for excessive force
Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) spokesperson Saurav Das said the party will take legal action against every police officer and RAF personnel who used excessive force against students during the July 20 march at Jantar Mantar.
CJP leaders met Delhi Police commissioner Anurag Kumar after the NEET paper leak protest was called off following education minister Dharmendra Pradhan's resignation.
Das stated they will file complaints, seek FIRs, and approach courts if needed to ensure officers who broke the law are jailed.
