MacKenzie Scott donated $20 million to Active Minds, the largest single gift in the charity's history.

Active Minds reported about $9.9 million in annual revenue during the 2025 financial year, making this donation more than double that amount.

Scott's giving is influenced by her past financial struggles, including fixing a broken tooth with glue and falling $1,000 short of tuition at Princeton.

Now worth an estimated $36 billion, Scott has given away an average of almost $10 million every day over the past seven years.
