Vivek Tiwari murder: Final arguments to continue in dist judge’s court on August 6

Remaining final arguments in the 2018 murder case of Apple executive Vivek Tiwari will continue before district judge Malkhan Singh on August 6.

Tiwari, 38, was shot dead on September 30, 2018, near the Makdoompur police outpost in Gomti Nagar Extension, Lucknow.

Constables Prashant Chaudhary and Sandeep Kumar allegedly chased and fired at Tiwari after he did not stop his car; he later died at a hospital.

The case involved offences under Sections 302 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code and drew national attention over police accountability.

Advocate Pranshu Agarwal, representing Tiwari's kin, confirmed the trial is at its last stage with arguments to resume on August 6.
