Siti Aishah Siregar, a 20-year-old student, left home on 28 July saying she was going to Nanyang Polytechnic, but never arrived.
Her family found her passport missing and a flight ticket to Phnom Penh, Cambodia, in her email; Singapore police confirmed she had left the country.
Her father, Sahat Siregar, issued an emotional Facebook appeal on 30 July, pleading for help from authorities and the public to find her.
The family has filed a police report in Singapore and is working with law enforcement to locate Aishah, who is believed to be in Phnom Penh.
