'Will see where he is in 2031': Suvendu Adhikari dares Abhishek Banerjee to contest from Diamond Harbour

West Bengal Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari dared Trinamool Congress MP Abhishek Banerjee to contest from the Diamond Harbour constituency in the next Lok Sabha polls.

Adhikari questioned Banerjee's political standing, saying 'We will see where he is in 2031' in response to Banerjee's vow to settle accounts with the BJP in 2031.

Banerjee had accused the BJP of trying to weaken the Trinamool Congress through 'betrayal' and vowed political defeat of the saffron camp in West Bengal.

Diamond Harbour has been Abhishek Banerjee's Lok Sabha constituency since 2014 and is considered his political stronghold.
