Mamta Kulkarni reacted to Mahira Sharma's Ranaji 2.0, saying Sharma did a good job but the original song is 'etched in people's minds'.

Ranaji 2.0 is a recreated version of Mujhko Ranaji Maaf Karna from 1995's Karan Arjun, starring Mahira Sharma and choreographed by Remo D'Souza.

Kulkarni recalled filming the original, noting that choreographer Chinni Prakash changed the steps on shoot day despite rehearsals.

She credited director Rakesh Roshan for successfully completing Karan Arjun with a large ensemble and memorable music.
