Qatari Diar lists $64 million London penthouse at redeveloped Chelsea Barracks site

Qatari Diar lists a duplex penthouse at the Chelsea Barracks development in London for £48 million ($64 million).

The penthouse occupies the top two floors of 1 Five Fields Square, with about 7,000 square feet of interior space and 3,000 square feet of outdoor terraces.

Qatari Diar acquired the former Chelsea Barracks site from the UK Ministry of Defence in 2008 for roughly $1.3 billion and redeveloped it into a high-end residential neighborhood.

The fully furnished home includes five bedrooms, sweeping views of London, and access to amenities like an indoor tennis court convertible to basketball or pickleball.
