US Navy pilots encountered unexplained 'Tic Tac' craft in 2004 incident

A US Navy training mission in November 2004 off Southern California encountered an unexplained "Tic Tac" shaped craft.

Pilots David Fravor and Alex Dietrich, along with USS Princeton radar operators, observed the object and its unusual descent.

The "Tic Tac" incident gained widespread attention in 2017 after The New York Times reported on it.

Nearly two decades later, US defense officials have provided no confirmed explanation for the 2004 encounter.
