TNEA counselling 2026: Round 1 provisional allotment out for upward movement; round 2 choice filling begins

TNEA 2026 round 1 provisional allotment results released by the Directorate of Technical Education (DoTE), Tamil Nadu.

Round 2 choice filling is open from August 3 to August 8, 2026, for eligible candidates.

Round 2 seat allotment for candidates with aggregate marks between 171 and 135.75 and general ranks 37,977 to 1,31,093 is scheduled for August 8.

Candidates can confirm their tentative round 2 allotment from August 7 to August 8, and report to colleges between August 9 and August 13, 2026.
