Engineer quits job, builds Rs 50 lakh juice business

Mayuri Nitin Kale, an electronics engineer from Songaon in Maharashtra's Niphad taluka, turned down a Rs 5 lakh corporate job in Pune to stay with her young daughter in Nashik.

Without prior business experience, she started a juice outlet in Nashik which now generates a net monthly profit of about Rs 80,000.

Her business has grown to an annual revenue of approximately Rs 50 lakh within two years.

Kale also completed a course in electric vehicle design before starting her entrepreneurial journey.
