Accenture appoints former McKinsey partner Pradeep Prabhala to lead its India Market Unit

Accenture appointed former McKinsey & Company partner Pradeep Prabhala to lead its India Market Unit from 1 September 2026.

Prabhala will work with clients in India to use data and AI to accelerate growth, improve productivity and build agile, future-ready businesses.

He will support global organisations in building Global Capability Centres (GCCs), which Accenture described as engines of innovation, transformation and resilience.

Prabhala has more than two decades of experience advising on AI, digital technology, commercial excellence, supply-chain transformation, mergers and acquisitions, and sustainability.

Arundhati Chakraborty, Accenture’s global lead for finance and GCCs and executive sponsor for the India Market Unit, said India is a strategic market and they are focused on accelerating growth.
