CWG 2026: Sachin Siwach fights back to win Men's 60kg Boxing Gold, delivers India's sixth Boxing title

Sachin Siwach won the men's 60kg boxing gold medal at the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.

He defeated Tryagain Morning Ndevelo of Zimbabwe via a 3-2 split decision after a comeback in the final round.

Ndevelo led after the first two rounds, but Siwach's persistence led to a standing count against Ndevelo in the final round.

This win marked India's sixth boxing gold medal at the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games.

India's boxing medal winners include Sakshi Chaudhary (women's 51kg) and Preeti Pawar (women's 54kg), both gold.
