Congress workers breach barricades, clash with police personnel in Lucknow

UP Congress president Ajay Rai and supporters attempted to march towards 5, Kalidas Marg in Lucknow.

A heated confrontation occurred at the second barricade, with police pushing workers back and some protesters climbing barricades.

Rai sat on the road in protest for over 30 minutes before he and supporters were detained and taken to Eco Garden.

BJP workers assembled at VVIP Guest House, but heavy police deployment prevented direct clashes between the rival groups.
