'My first date cost me ₹20,500': Reddit users warn Delhi man of dating app scam

A 23-year-old Delhi man said his first date via a dating app ended with a ₹20,500 bill at a pub.

The woman ordered champagne worth ₹13,000, two hookahs costing ₹6,000, and food, according to the man's Reddit post.

The man said the woman did not offer to split the bill or ask its amount, and left for the washroom when it arrived.
