Rajnath Singh to attend Kargil victory celebrations in Dras

Rajnath Singh will attend Kargil Vijay Diwas celebrations in Dras.

Army chief General Dhiraj Seth and top military officials will also attend.

The event commemorates India's victory in the 1999 Kargil War.

Kargil Vijay Diwas is observed annually on July 26.
