Scottie Scheffler heads field, makes debut at Minnesota's 3M Open

World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler is making his debut at the 3M Open in Blaine, Minn., after tying for fourth at the Open Championship.

Scheffler decided to play instead of taking three weeks off before the FedEx Cup playoffs, calling the scheduling ideal.

He is the heavy favorite at 2/60 odds on DraftKings; defending champion Kurt Kitayama is second at 24/00.

Scheffler has not won a tournament since January 2026 but leads the FedEx Cup standings due to consistency.

The 3M Open tees off Thursday at TPC Twin Cities with Kitayama defending his title after a 60 on Saturday last year.
