Farooq Abdullah murder bid: Jammu court rejects accused’s bail plea

Charges were formally framed against Jamwal under BNS Section 109 (attempt to murder) and Arms Act Section 30.

The alleged attack occurred on March 11 at a wedding venue in Jammu's Greater Kailash area, involving Dr Farooq Abdullah and Deputy CM Surinder Choudhary.

The court directed prosecution to produce witnesses, with recording of evidence set for July 31.
