Taylor Farms recalls lettuce in 27 states over cyclospora outbreak

Taylor Farms is recalling iceberg lettuce shipped to 27 US states due to possible cyclospora contamination linked to a growing outbreak.
The recalled shredded iceberg lettuce was distributed between June 29 and July 16 across states including Alabama, Florida, Texas, and others.
Taco Bell removed the lettuce from its restaurants and supply chain nationwide after the CDC linked the outbreak to lettuce served at its locations in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, West Virginia, and Kentucky.
Sysco proactively removed all Taylor Farms processed iceberg lettuce products from Mexico and instructed customers to destroy them.
Walmart pulled four Marketside-branded bagged iceberg lettuce products from select stores as a precaution.
