Rohtak village turns wedding hall into library to chase 1st IAS dream

A village in Rohtak, Haryana, converted a wedding hall into a community library with free resources.

The library offers books, Wi-Fi, computers, coaching, and mentorship for competitive exam preparation.

The initiative is run by Utthan Yuva Vikas Samiti with panchayat support.

Goal is to produce the village's first IAS officer.

Library has helped students succeed in government jobs, NEET, and higher education.
