Sobha posts record Q1 sales, profit nearly quadruples

Sobha reported its highest-ever quarterly sales of Rs 3,656 crore in Q1, up 76% year-over-year.

Consolidated revenue rose 48% to Rs 1,330 crore, and profit after tax nearly quadrupled to Rs 51 crore.

The company sold 2.34 million sq ft, with Bengaluru accounting for over half of total sales.

Three projects were launched across Bengaluru and Gurugram, spanning nearly 6.9 million sq ft.

Sobha’s board approved raising up to Rs 1,000 crore through non-convertible debentures.
