Pune home sales hit 44,265 units in H1 2026

In the first half of 2026, 44,265 homes were sold in Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad, with transactions worth Rs 37,048 crore.

The average home price in Pune reached Rs 84 lakh, a 38% increase compared to the first half of 2022.

Nearly 74% of homes sold were priced below Rs 1 crore, with the Rs 50 lakh to Rs 1 crore segment being the most preferred.

Northeast Pune recorded the highest price growth, with average home prices rising by 54% since H1 2022.

Pune sold 4.28 lakh homes over five years, 37% more than Hyderabad and more than Mumbai and Chennai combined.
