Anti-Narcotics Task Force seized 12kg heroin in Ferozepur range.

Student Jagsir Singh, alias Lavi, arrested as first-time second-line courier.

He retrieved heroin from a drop point in Rao Ke village using GPS coordinates from Pakistan-based handler Chacha.

Handler coordinated via encrypted WhatsApp; contraband destined for receiver using Australian virtual WhatsApp number.

Digital evidence seized to map forward and backward linkages of the syndicate.
