Nashik: BJP Seeks Expulsion Of Vijay Chaudhary After Atrocity FIR In Viral Audio Row

An atrocity case was registered against former BJP district general secretary Vijay Chaudhary in Nandurbar district over a viral audio clip.

The complaint was filed by Rohan Sharad Gavit at Nandurbar City Police Station.

Chaudhary allegedly made derogatory remarks about former MP Dr Heena Gavit and circulated an audio clip about former minister Dr Vijaykumar Gavit.

The case was registered under BNS Sections 19, 352, 353(2), and SC/ST Act Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(1)(w).

A BJP delegation demanded Chaudhary's expulsion and legal action, alleging he falsely accused Dr Vijaykumar Gavit of anti-party activities.
