Klassroom sets Rs 151–Rs 159 price band for Rs 39 crore IPO

Fusion Klassroom Edutech, which operates the Klassroom education platform, set an IPO price band of Rs 151 to Rs 159 per share.
The SME IPO opens on 31 July and closes on 4 August, with a total offer of 24.55 lakh shares comprising a fresh issue of 19.89 lakh shares and an offer for sale of 4.66 lakh shares.
At the upper price band, the IPO is worth approximately Rs 39.04 crore, with the company raising Rs 31.63 crore from the fresh issue and existing shareholders receiving Rs 7.41 crore from the offer for sale.
Fusion Klassroom plans to use net proceeds for technology development (Rs 6.71 crore), content development (Rs 5.35 crore), debt repayment (Rs 2.36 crore), AI/ML lab equipment (Rs 1.95 crore), and marketing (Rs 5.22 crore).
The company reported 74,000 active users, 266,986 total subscribers, and 30 offline centres as of 31 March 2026, with revenue rising 128.42% to Rs 23.04 crore and PAT increasing 161.73% to Rs 7.60 crore in FY2026.
