112 Mumbai Civic Body Officials Named In Corruption Cases Still On Job, Reveals RTI

An RTI response reveals that 112 officials of the Mumbai civic body (BMC) are still on the job despite being named in corruption cases.

Out of 207 accused officials, only 27 have been suspended, according to the RTI.

The RTI was filed by activist Anil Galgali, who flagged the low rate of suspensions.
