Prestige Estates’ arm acquires over 2 acres of land in Mumbai's Mulund for ₹110.75 crore

Prestige Estates' arm Prestige Mulund Realty Private Limited acquired a 9,497 sq meter (over 2 acres) factory land in Mumbai's Mulund West for ₹110.75 crore.
The land was purchased from Shamvik Glasstech and General Glass Company and will likely extend the existing Prestige City township, which spans over 30 acres.
The deal includes ₹80 crore cash and the balance ₹30 crore paid via 14 apartments plus 28 car parking spaces in the Prestige City, Mulund project.
The acquisition was registered on July 16, 2026, with stamp duty of ₹6.64 crore paid by the developer.
