Amritsar Police Post Attack: 4 arrested, including minor, for ISI link

Amritsar Rural Police arrested four individuals, including a minor, for throwing an incendiary device at Police Post Chamiari.

The attack was allegedly directed by an ISI-backed handler named 'Rana Bai'.

The suspects received funds from the handler to carry out the attack.
