2 more held for Panchkula youngster’s murder

Two more suspects, Vivek Kumar and Sanjay, were arrested on July 23 in connection with the murder of 20-year-old Kapil in Panchkula.

The murder occurred on July 16 in Mansa Devi area, where Kapil was fatally stabbed and two friends injured over an old rivalry.

The violence stemmed from a dispute about a remark over protein powder made nearly two years ago.

Total arrests have reached six; four accused—Aman, Arjun, Vipin Kumar, and Mohit Kumar—are already in judicial custody.

A case was registered under sections including 103 (murder) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS); police continue to search for remaining suspects.
