Dera castration case: Victim untraceable, CBI informs court

CBI told a court that the victim in the Dera castration case is untraceable.

The case was registered against Gurmeet Ram Rahim and two doctors on January 7, 2015.

IPC sections include criminal conspiracy and grievous hurt.
