Florida Panthers suspend equipment manager Teddy Richards after arrest

Florida Panthers suspended head equipment manager Teddy Richards after his arrest in Broward County.

Richards faces one charge of domestic violence and one charge of unauthorized use of 911 services.

He was arrested in Coral Springs and held at Broward Main Jail in Fort Lauderdale.

The Panthers said Richards will remain suspended from all team activities pending investigation.

Richards joined the Panthers in the 2016-17 NHL season and previously worked with the Pittsburgh Penguins.
